本設備為系統設備。常規乳化將物料乳化到3μm，以10L乳化機為例：2.2kW電機，以334Hz，20000rpm為乳化速度，然后用定量泵送到超級乳化機，在11kW電機，以334Hz，20000rpm為乳化速度，得到D（90）為0.9μm的乳液。經此乳化后，乳液將更穩定、不會分層。
This unit is a system. Normal emulsification emulsified the material to 3~5μm, taking 10L emulsification machine as an example: 2.2kW motor, 334Hz and 20000rpm as emulsification speed, and then sent it to the super emulsifying machine by quantitative pump. By 11kW motor, 334Hz and 20000rpm is used as emulsifying speed, finally, the emulsion with D (90) of 0.9 micron was obtained. After this emulsification, the emulsion will be more stable and will not be layered.
